Certificates

Medical Billing and Coding Certificate

Medical Billing and Coding and its related occupations are among the fastest-growing opportunities in the healthcare industry. This MBC Certificate program will prepare learners for rewarding careers in a wide array of medical settings such as medical record coders, insurance billers, and health information technicians.

Patient Advocacy Certificate Program

This Patient Advocacy Certificate program will prepare learners to confidently take the Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) certification examination while ensuring that learners are fully informed about the scope of practice of the patient advocate.

Sports Medicine

The Sports Medicine Certificate program will provide learners with a strong understanding of the medical role in sports and how Sports Medicine professionals aid in the prevention and treatment of sports-related illnesses and injuries.

Hospice and Palliative Care

The Hospice and Palliative Care Certificate program provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed in providing health care for those who are experiencing severe illness or those who are at the end of their lives.

Physical Therapy Aide

This Physical Therapy Aide Certificate program will prepare learners to enter the growing field of Physical Therapy. Physical Therapy Aides may be employed in hospitals, nursing homes, orthopedic clinics, and sports medicine centers.

Medical Office Administration

This Medical Office Administration Certificate program will provide learners with an academic skill set and a foundation for providing care and comfort in a supporting role in a healthcare setting. In this certificate program, learners are taught a wide variety of administrative skills aimed to prepare them for working among doctors and nurses in a medical office setting.
